How it Works?

To Search for any book. Enter Title, ISBN, EAN or Author in Search Box.

You can also search the books by Category or Publisher by clicking on the Category or Publishers links on the left of your screen.

To View the details of any book, click on the title. To view list of category or publisher click on the category link or the publisher title.

To purchase book, click on the add to cart icon at the bottom of the product display

To purchase other books, use the search box again to locate the book you want and click on the add to cart icon. The book(s) will be added to the shopping cart.

To View Contents of your shopping baskets click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right corner of your screen

To Add to or delete quantities of book ordered, click on the shopping basket icon and click on the update button after making the adjustments in the window.

To make payments click on the checkout button and fill the form.
If you are already a registered customer just fill in your email address and go to the payment section below.

If you are a new Customer. Please indicate if your shipping address is same as the billing address.

Receipts will be sent to the billing address, the actual goods purchased will be sent to the shipping address.

You can calculate the shipping costs for normal delivery (10 working days) or for UPS fast delivery (4 working days) by clicking on the calculate shipping costs button.

To make payment click on the radio button of your preferred method.

If you want to pay with your ATM Card note your pin number click on the Interswitch WebPay button.

If you want to pay directly to our bank account click on the bank deposit button.

Do you make book lists for clients?

The database lists almost 2 million books in print. You can search by author, publisher, isbn, title or category and print out any list.

How will I know you have received the money if I pay into your account?

We operate via Internet Banking. Immediately you deposit into our banks, we receive email alerts as well as SMS alerts which we match with your entries in the form you filled when ordering.

Within 24 hours you will recieve your email notification for your payment and delivery due date.

If I make a payment via Interswitch WebPay, what happens next?

You get an email notification of your payment, and delivery due dates immediately.

What is your return policy?

If a book is out of print, not yet published, or out of stock, our Customer Service will notify you of the order position within 24 hours.

If you order us to refund, we make the refunds within 24 hours.

How secure is the usage of credit cards?

We do not store credit card information, as all payments are handled by payment agencies like InterSwitch, directly on their secure websites. This means our site is very secure.

How long does it take for Shipment?

The Normal Shipping Option is 10 working days.
